Built for the people who run parking

  • Condominium corporations
  • Property management companies
  • Security & concierge firms
  • Parking operators
  • Plazas, offices & mixed-use
Why ParkCommand

From clipboards and phone calls to one live command centre.

Most buildings still run visitor parking on paper passes, spreadsheets and guesswork. ParkCommand replaces all of it with one system the desk, patrol, residents and managers share.

Without it

  • Paper dashboard passes that are copied, lost or expired
  • The desk calls residents to confirm every guest
  • Patrol can't tell a real visitor from an overstay
  • Tickets and tows disputed with no photos or history
  • Every building runs its own spreadsheet

With ParkCommand

  • Digital passes with QR codes, and printable permits when needed
  • Residents approve their own guests; the desk steps in when needed
  • One plate check answers "is this car allowed here, right now?"
  • Violations with photos, history, escalation and PDF reports
  • Every building, company and role in one secure platform
How it works

From the lobby poster to a verified car, in four steps.

The same flow works for residents booking ahead, guests at the door and the desk handling walk-ins.

Scan or type the Location ID

Guests scan the QR poster or go to parkcommand.ca/visit and type the building's 6-character code. Nothing to install.

Pick a pass

Day, overnight, a few hours or a custom time, as the building allows. They add their plate, the unit, and optionally a photo.

Resident or desk approves

The resident approves from email or the portal. If they're away, the front desk can approve on their behalf.

Desk and patrol verify

The pass arrives by email with a QR code. A plate check or pass scan confirms it in seconds, grace periods included.
